It all started in 1999. In this year I bought the book Death March – The complete Software Developer’s Guide to Surviving “Mission Impossible” Projects. Edward Yourdon has written a strong statement how to cope with really tight projects. I was not aware that I will have to take this book from my book shelf some years later and put the details into operation. I have started to handle projects which have derailed and must be put back on track.
