Death March Projects - The mini seriesIt all started in 1999. In this year I bought the book Death March – The complete Software Developer’s Guide to Surviving “Mission Impossible” Projects. Edward Yourdon has written a strong statement how to cope with really tight projects. I was not aware that I will have to take this book from my book shelf some years later and put the details into operation. I have started to handle projects which have derailed and must be put back on track.

“So the real questions are: If you can’t avoid death march projects, how can you survive them? What should you do to increase your chances of success? When should you be willing to compromise – and when should you be willing to put your job on the line and resign if you can’t get your way?” (Edward Yourdon)

I have put together four podcast episodes. A lot of Edward’s details are inside. Spiced with my victories, defeats and a lot of experience. Get the best out of it.

Stay tuned and be inspired.
